My Journey
It all started with me in high school when I started lifting at the school for football. All throughout high school, I was growing as a young teen, and I was seeing a good amount of progress just eating what I want and burning the calories off through practice. Through my few college years, I always stuck to it as far as my plan and getting it in each and everyday no matter what. throughout that time I started making content and really started taking my diet seriously, once that happened that really deepen my love for lifting and improving daily in other activities as well. The past 6 months for me has been me gaining/retaining information on monetizing my Fitness journey. Because I wanted to do it right/easy way for my clients and now is The time. This is my passion from start to finish, from the beginning to the end. You have to start somewhere why not today, let’s get it!
Sleep Is Key To Muscle Growth
When you sleep, your body releases growth hormones that are essential for building muscle. This is also the time when your muscles repair themselves from the tiny tears caused by exercise. Also, sleep helps your body create the proteins needed for muscle growth. A good night’s sleep restores your energy, making you ready for your next workout, and it also keeps your mind sharp, which helps you stay motivated and stick to your fitness routine. Without enough sleep, your muscles won’t grow as effectively, and your overall performance can suffer.
